I have went online to read some of the reviews and man are they depressing, so I decided to ask some of my friends and family for their input about the palm tree comforters and sheets.
One friend said that they ordered a 9 piece set off line, we won’t say where, but when it arrived it was in pretty bad shape. The pillows that were in there were all messed up and to this day they have never been able to get the pillows back to where they should be. Also they color they thought they were getting was not the right one when it arrived. It was close, but it didn’t match. If you are a woman or have a woman in your house, then you know most likely she will not be happy if things don’t match the way she wants them to. Especially if she has paid money for it too! She is not happy and is trying to return the set.
I have another friend who decided they wanted to save money so they ordered the stuff online. They got a real good deal; they found a set on a website with a coupon and paid about half of what they would have in the store. So they were happy with the price. The set came and they put it on the bed and never said another word about it except how good of a deal they got. They have had it now for a couple of years and are very happy.
I have another person who I will let remain anonymous. They wanted a palm tree set so bad that they ordered one offline. They got it and since it wasn’t what they wanted, it didn’t match, or whatever her reason was, they sent the thing back and ordered another one they thought they would like. It arrived and it still wasn’t right. She got all stressed out and calls the people to tell them that the color she saw online was the right one and blah. She sent this one back. She then decided that she didn’t like who she was buying from, so she ordered another set from someone else. This set came and she still wasn’t happy about the color. By this time I think she realized that she was going to have to go to a store to really pick out what she wanted. So that’s what she did and the 4th time was a charm.
Some people can buy online and be happy and some have to go pick out the color. For me we always go out and by what we want. It’s kind of fun to go shopping every once in a while, just as long as it’s not too much.
